What can you engrave?
We engrave a wide range of materials and products, including acrylic, engraved plastic, wood, glass, stainless steel, anodised aluminium, trophies, plaques, drinkware, keyrings, knives, tools, name badges, asset tags and industrial labels.
If you are unsure whether an item can be engraved, send us a photo or bring it into the shop and we can check it for you.
Can I bring in my own item to be engraved?
Yes. We regularly engrave customer-supplied items.
Please contact us first if you are unsure of the material, as some coatings, plastics or finishes may not be suitable for laser engraving.
How long does engraving take?
Turnaround depends on the size and complexity of the job and how busy the shop is.
Many smaller jobs can be completed within a few working days, while larger trophy, commercial or bulk orders may require more time. Let us know if you have a specific deadline and we will do our best to accommodate it.
Do you offer urgent engraving?
Yes, where production capacity allows.
Urgent jobs may attract an additional charge, particularly where artwork, setup or same-day production is required.
Do you engrave logos and artwork?
Yes. We can engrave company logos, club logos, graphics and custom artwork.
For the best result, vector files such as PDF, EPS, AI or SVG are preferred, but we can often work from high-quality images as well.
Is there a setup or artwork fee?
Some jobs may require an artwork or setup fee depending on the complexity of the design and the amount of preparation required.
Repeat orders are generally quicker and easier once artwork has already been set up.
Do you offer proofs before engraving?
Yes, where appropriate.
For custom artwork, larger orders and jobs where layout is important, we can provide a proof for approval before production.
Can you make just one item?
Absolutely. We have low minimum quantities and are happy to produce one-off personalised items, replacement labels, plaques and custom pieces.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes. Quantity and repeat-order pricing is available for trophies, medals, labels, signage, asset tags and other commercial products.

Do you supply industrial and commercial labels?
Yes. We manufacture industrial labels, asset tags, equipment plates, switchboard labels, fire-panel labels, QR-code tags, compliance signage and other identification products.
We can manufacture from an existing sample, photograph, drawing, spreadsheet or supplied artwork.
What materials do you use for commercial labels?
Depending on the application, we can supply engraved plastic, acrylic, anodised aluminium, stainless steel and other suitable materials for indoor and outdoor use.
Can you reproduce an existing label?
In most cases, yes.
Bring the original label into the shop or send us a clear photograph with dimensions and we can assess the best way to reproduce it.
Do you make trophies, medals and awards?
Yes. We supply trophies, medals, plaques, shields and corporate awards for sports clubs, schools, businesses and events.
We also offer engraving and updating of existing trophies where suitable.
Can you engrave individual names from a spreadsheet?
Yes. For bulk awards, name badges, asset tags and labels, we can work from an Excel or spreadsheet list to make large orders more efficient.
Do you offer online ordering?
Yes. Selected products can be ordered directly through our website.

Do you ship outside Hawke’s Bay?
Yes. We can arrange freight throughout New Zealand for many of our products.
Freight charges depend on the size, weight and destination of the order.
