Owner / Trophy Fixer / Engraving Apprentice
Nick is the proud owner of the business and, by his own admission, still very much a novice when it comes to the finer art of engraving. Thankfully, he is surrounded by people who know exactly what they’re doing.
He may still be learning the engraving side, but his passion for the business, the team, and the customers is what keeps everything moving forward.
He spends a fair bit of time being told off by Abegail for not learning quickly enough, but he does bring some useful skills to the table especially when it comes to fixing a mean trophy. Whether it needs repairing, rebuilding, straightening, or bringing back to life, Nick loves getting stuck in and making sure customers leave happy.
Theresa
Shop Manager / Creative Expert / Fireboard Magician
Theresa is our shop manager, creative expert, and resident fireboard magician. She is here every day, all day, keeping the place running, solving every problem that appears, and somehow making it all look easy.
If there’s a tricky job, a creative idea, or something that needs figuring out, Theresa is usually the one who makes it happen. Her eye for detail and ability to turn ideas into something special is a huge part of what we do.
Outside of work, you’ll often find Theresa running karaoke most weekends, bringing the same energy, organisation, and fun that she brings to the shop every day.
Abegail
Senior Engraver / Hand Engraving Expert / Social Media Guru
Abegail is our senior engraver and the expert behind our traditional hand engraving, especially on older trophies and special pieces that need that classic, personal touch.
She is incredibly hard-working, highly skilled, and takes real pride in getting every detail right. She is also responsible for keeping Nick in line, regularly reminding him that he still has a lot to learn usually before he has even picked up a tool.
Alongside engraving, Abegail is our social media go-to, helping share our work and keep everyone updated with what’s happening in the shop.
